1 commande d'un altimètre du 5/07/10 ce jour 3/08/10 rien reçu???? et on pense faire un achat avantageux avec tous les frais en plus il est préférable de faire son achat en France si nous sommes de ce pays. je suis suis extrêmement déçu

This was the first time I ordered from MountainBlack and was unsure about the company as I read a negative review of MountainBlack on a different website – especially when I ordered a very expensive product. In fact I got more worried when I was given the wrong tracking number at the very beginning of my query. But, your online customer service/chat line was efficient, understanding and patient with me. The person on the other line explained to me about the technical glitches, and reassured me that my Suunto will be shipped promptly. The online customer service was very patient with my constant questioning every two days until my product was shipped. Your service is A+++, thank you once again. You have won me as a repeat customer and will tell other about your company. I do hope you can do something about the website I am referring to (that gave you a bad report), as they can put people off. To all the other customers and future customers just a tip – communicate, communicate, communicate. These guys have a great customer service, and will answer all your questions and really do what they say over and above what you expect. Well done MountainBlack Cheers

I did receive the correct carabiners, thanks! I just put the incorrect ones in the mail two day ago, they should arrive early next week. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter, your customer service was excellent and I am very satisfied with my MountainBlack shopping experience!

I have never worked with a company that was as good a yours. Your customer service is 2nd to none. I asked why u didnt have the metolius pas and you told me where to get it. I waited for 3 days and then you had it. Unbelievable!!! I ordered it. I am a customer for life. Thank you for all the great customer support and service. To be a business your size you still pay attention to all the small details. Take care.
